(More customer reviews)After years and hundreds of dollars spent on down, now my husband is allergic to it. I've begun by replacing four king size pillows on our bed with much cheaper down alternative pillows and now this wonderful down alternative blanket which I use as a comforter as well. It's wonderfully oversized at 113" x 104" which makes it plenty big enough to cover the sides of our very deep pillow-top (both sides) mattress. Also, the color is a blue lavender, which I prefer, rather than a pink lavender. Paired with flannel sheets it's perfect for cold nights or when I turn the heat down. I would definitely recommend to friends.
A big plus was FREE SHIPPING when I bought it on Amazon and it arrived in less than one week by UPS.

A more accurate description would have been "Mostly Feather Pillow with Some Goose Down, Skimpily Filled". I would have purchased better quality had the description been more accurate; i.e. larger quantity is listed first with additional quantities listed in descending order. Vendor should have precisely listed percentage of feather to down content, as they did with other catalog items. I believe they kept description fuzzy leading one to believe it was a fantastic offer rather than what it was. Caveat emptor!

(More customer reviews)I am so disappointed in this product! Nowhere in the description does it state that these pillows are 95% feathers and only 5% down. While they arrived quickly, and appear to be well made, they are not what the product description said, which is that they are down!. And the reviews also said nothing about not being all down, I am hoping the company will take them back, if not they will go to Goodwill. This is my first bad product from Amazon. I hope I can get my money back.

(More customer reviews)I had previously ordered a number of these pillows from a home shopping network. When I needed to replace them they were no longer offered. ARRRGGGHHH! I looked in some of the major stores, checked their websites and pretty much lost hope. One day a lightbulb went off and I thought, why not do a search on Amazon.com? I often find things there I would not expect to. Much to my surprise and relief I found it available!!
You see this is the only pillow I can use. I have Degenerative Disc Disease in my neck and TMJ. Most pillows offered now, which may work for many people, are just TOO firm for me. There is no give so that they apply pressure to my jaw. I am a side sleeper and this can be a terrible problem.
This Oodles pillow solves all the problems for me. It is supportive for my neck, but yet feels like a feather pillow in that you can press it into whatever nooks and crannies you need. It makes a huge difference in my well being.
I am SO excited to know I can just turn to Amazon.com whenever necessary to replace this pillow. It could not be any easier and the delivery (which was free) was very quick.

Sealy Dream Solutions Down Alternative Comforter Review

(More customer reviews)If the Sealy 230tc is like the 350-360TC Sealy down alternative comforters it will be flat in physicality (none of the pretty puffery of real down), dull in fabric luster, heavy like 10lbs of lead on your legs (I just weighed my Full size one and that is what it weighs) and worst of all you'll be cold in a room lower than 55 degrees. Buy some other brand!

I guess I was misled by the original price and reductions. If I had ever seen this product displayed in a store for the original list price of $349 I would have laughed. Maybe it's worth the price that it is currently listed at compared to real luxury bedding, but that is not what I had in mind.

They are packaged as a no-name product with no info - the packaging does not say anything about the thread-count or anything else about the material that you would expect from a quality product. It only says "Pinzon sheet set", the size, and made in China. The fabric was rougher than expected, and I buy a lot of bedding. I do not believe this was 400 thread-count and was not a sateen weave either. I sent them all back. If you're not fussy about how they feel, however, they were pretty and true to color description.

But it's all a somewhat shiny gray metallic color. It's pretty. Just not what we expected. Also, the sheet set is more of an ivory color. Still that pretty, shiny fabric. But a different color. I'm just happy to have a super comfy set that we both like!

The comforter was easy to put in the coverlet and the zipper was good quality. You get the two shams but the green pillow cases shown in the picture are not part of this set. The material is very soft and smooth. We are completely satisfied.

(More customer reviews)When I got the Duvet it is mostly brownish tan. Very earthy not beach and sky like the pix. The material was very poor quality. I had a hard time getting them to send return directions. I asked for a full refund because what I got did not match what I ordered but they refused.
They call it "Luxury" it is if you shop at the fee market for beddings.
If you shop at Overstock they have free shipping, refund 100% right away, and you can call and talk to them and they are REALLY FRIENDLY and Helpful. Amazon is not easy to deal with when you have a post sales question and this other vendor was just rude.
