(More customer reviews)I absolutely love this bedding. It's extremely soft and the down comforter is well... comfortable. It only took a few minutes to put the comforter inside it's cover. I've had down comforters before that were very difficult to handle. Plus this one doesn't slide off my bed at night. The only problem I had was the picture led me to believe there were white sheets included. However, it does not say white sheets in the description.

(More customer reviews)The quality of the sheet sets, the two pillow cases, and the Comforter is very good; however, the quality of the Duvet Cover and the two shams is not as good as the sheets. Also, the color of the sheets and two pillow cases looks more like off-white, but the color of the Duvet Cover and two shams is pure white. The color difference in white is tolerable. The color mismatch is very noticeable in the light blue, so I had to return the light blue sets.

And the stated "retail price" is suspicious for a plain, white, non-designer cotton quilt. They might as well say it's a one million dollar comforter at a 99.99% discount.

In my almost 70 years of sleeping on feather or feather and down pillows, I have never found a pillow of pure down that gives the support of down and feather before. And being pure down, they are unbelievably soft. They also scrunch and punch with the best of them. (those of you who use synthetic filling will never understand this last sentence.) But that is a large part of down's attraction, being able to shape your pillow for what you need at the moment (ie, reading, side sleeping, back sleeping, hugging, or whatever). Any one who is seriously wanting the best, I strongly recommend this pair of pillows. Also, I have dealt with the Egyptian Cotton Factory (thru Amazon)before and have had good service as well as good products from them.

Down-Alternative Comforter - Clover Review

(More customer reviews)This comforter is exactly what I was looking for to get me through the cold months - it is VERY warm and cozy without weighing me down, and I don't need any blankets with it aside from my sheet. It has a very nice poofiness to it too. From a sleep and comfort standpoint it is perfect, and a good price.
Why not 5 stars? The stitching is a bit sloppy. It has little stitched circles every few inches, and each one either has string sticking out of it or the stitching is just messy. Also, it's kind of loud to shift around in, which could be annoying when sleeping with someone who moves a lot. For what it's worth, I've heard that washing it a couple times softens it up a bit, but I can't vouch for that as I haven't tried. Also, the comforter runs small, so you may want to go a size up from your bed. It might not be an issue if your bed is against the wall, but keep this in mind if you want the comforter hanging off your bed like it does in the picture.
If you are looking for a warm, cozy, inexpensive comforter and aren't concerned about aesthetic perfection, I would definitely recommend this.

I need a pillow that has more support for my big fat head than most sleepers so I usually purchase a medium to firm pillow. These are perfect for me since my shoulders are large and need that extra support. You cannot go wrong with these pillows. The price is delectable!

Made in China of only 74% down. To state that this comforter has a retail price of $160 is laughable! Really more of a throw than a comforter. At $50 it is grossly overpriced! Look elsewhere!

(More customer reviews)Having owned a variety of styles, weights and sizes of down comforters over the last 40 years I can tell you that this comforter is superb! Boxed panels is the ONLY comforter a person should ever buy because all the other designs allow the down to "travel" away from your body in a very short time leaving "cold spots" where down winds up clumping in side channels or pockets which is hard to shake back into their respective and much needed areas! This over-sized comforter fits well into a standard king duvet for anyone who is looking to NOT buy another duvet. I have a custom made duvet that was made to accommodate an eastern king bed which was about 12" (6" extra each side) narrower than the width of this comforter's measurements and I had no problem getting the comforter to fit beautifully inside. Could not be happier and plan to buy another king size for a guest bedroom. You won't be disappointed with this comforter.

With in a few months the micro fibers starting comming out. I'm going to throw this comforter in the garbage now, it looks like hundreds of white worms are coming out of it.
