(More customer reviews)Wow! This is the best comforter I've ever owned and I will never buy another one unless it has the silk insulation. The comforter is extremely light, so it doesn't take two people to straighten it out every morning. It is also unbelievably soft ... the moment you cover yourself, the blanket drapes softly around your body so there are no chilly air gaps to contend with. Although this is considered to be a summer comforter, it has kept me warm through all four seasons.(I turn my household heat off at night and it's not unusual for the room to drop to around 60 degrees when I sleep.) Remarkably, I don't overheat during our hot summers, either. If you are looking for a really soft, snuggly, lightweight comforter, this is the blanket for you. My only recommendation is that you spend an extra few dollars and get a duvet cover for it. The comforter itself is not washable, and unless you're fond of taking your favorite blanket to the dry cleaners on a regular basis, (believe me, you'll MISS IT when it's gone) just slide it inside a washable duvet cover.

I have been using it for about a week now and it is by far the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned (and I have owned many)! Usually after the first night, I am wrapping the pillow up to be returned -- but not this one! It has just the right amount of stuffing so that it stays fluffy, but not hard. Your head feels like it's floating in this pillow. Highly recommend it for those who like feather pillows.

(More customer reviews)It's a nice duvet for the price. I sleep cold and don't have the heating on at night. My house has got down to about 60F and I need one lightweight blanket extra. This means I should get three seasons' use out of it.
I'm going to have to launder it though as it is very dusty - every time I fluff it up I start sneezing. (And no, I'm not allergic to down.)

(More customer reviews)Immediately upon opening this comforter, I was not happy. The pebble DOES NOT reverse to chocolate, it's more like tan to beige. I was still willing to keep it because it is very soft. However, my husband and I put it on the bed and the "king" size comforter looks/fits more like a TWIN. Needless to say, I packaged it back up for immediate return. I'm not satisfied with this comforter AT ALL!

Warm Things has the same high quality products as Scandia or any other high end retailer (department stores carry substandard down products across the board), but Warm Things has great pricing, about a third of what you would pay for this quality anywhere else. If you buy the right comforter, it will last your lifetime. They actually revive with washing, although it might effect any warrantee. Warm Things does not have costly retail space to pass on to you in the form of jacked-up pricing, and their sales happen seasonally, when the deals get even better. With good down, you do not need the warmest, heaviest weight comforter. It's all about loft (fill-power) and region (bigger birds are in colder climates, like Hungary). In these countries, down is a byproduct of the food industry, so you don't have to feel sorry for the geese.

(More customer reviews)We bought a second home 2 years ago and I needed to get bedding. I bought this comforter set because of the Columbia name. I actually bought it on Overstock. The shams were missing but I didn't really care. The comforter was so soft and warm. We are in NJ, so for the cold winter, I switch to a down comforter. I actually haven't given this one a chance in cold cold weather. We have since bought a travel trailer with a queen size bed. I immediately thought of the comforter being exactly what we needed. I ordered 2....one for the trailer and one for the Murphy bed we put in our spare bedroom. Even the grandkids have commented on how nice it is.
There is not one bad thing I can think of to say about it. It is well worth the money.
